**IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:**
As of September, 2017, we've noticed that our international orders are being assessed customs fees of varied amounts, some not-so-insignificant. Thusly, all customers outside of the United States should be aware that they (and not Tap Cancer Out) are liable to pay any inbound duties and taxes which their local customs authority deems appropriate. What is payable, if anything, depends on where the merchandise is sent to, the type of merchandise, its transactional value and the weight of the package, which obviously varies by order. We can not provide you with an accurate or even approximate cost of customs fees prior to ordering. Please be mindful of this before ordering.
Q: How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Please understand that we are a small (but mighty) nonprofit with lots of merchandise. We fulfill our orders by hand from our home "warehouse" as often as possible, but not every day. We typically ship on Fridays. Because of this, your order may take up to a week to be packed/fulfilled. Please wait at least that long before requesting an update on fulfillment.
International orders, due to distance and custom/import delays generally are in transit for 10 to 15 days from the date of shipping.
Q: How much will it cost to ship to my country?
We charge a $7.95 flat shipping fee (via USPS) for orders within the United States. Canada has a $9.95 flat rate shipping fee for shipments under 3 lbs and $14.95 for shipments heavier than 3 lbs, particularly our kimonos.
All other countries have variable shipping rates. There will be a single rate for packages under 3lbs and a higher rate for packages over 3lbs. These heavier orders that include a kimono or backpack, require us to charge $30 - $50 (or more) for international shipping depending on country.**
We are a small shipper and don't get the preferred rates that an Amazon or even a standard apparel brand might.
You will have a chance to review your order and the shipping costs before you are asked to finalize your order and your Credit Card is charged.
We do NOT ship to all countries. If shipping to your country is not supported but you'd like to purchase from our store, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and request that your country be supported.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the warehouse for a full refund within 2 weeks from the date of receipt (Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and if possible in the original packaging with the order number included).
Once the item is received in good order Store Credit or a Refund will be issued for the value of the original item. Please note that no store credit or refund is issued on the original UPS/USPS shipping charges, and ultimately all exchange/return shipping postage charges are the customer's responsibility.
If an item is defective upon receipt, we will exchange it at not cost to the customer.
Q: How can I return an item?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org first, before you ship any returns. We may be able to assist you in answering questions and will need to be made aware that an item is going to be sent back. If you do not connect with us first, your return will almost certainly be delayed.

Q: How long will it take for my CC to be refunded after an item is returned?
Once your return is received and we can inspect it (usually within 48 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
Q: Can I exchange an item for a different one or a different size?
Due to the quick turnaround of our collections we cannot guarantee availability of all sizes and styles at all times and are therefore unable to process exchange requests. If you simply want a different size, place a new order for the proper size and follow the return request procedure above for the item you'd like to send back.
